    5 years - minimum investment period,

    10 years - Current maximum investment period,

    additional varied durations will be considered at request by investors.

  • Management Fees

    2% of fund value annually

    25% of profit annually

  • Contributions and Payouts

    $50,000 US - alternate contribution minimums will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    At completion of committed investment period, earnings will be paid to investors.
